Senator Green removed her objection to the motion to advance CS                                     
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 353(JUD) "An Act exempting certain                                               
teachers at certain schools from jury service during school terms; and                              
amending Rule 15(k), Alaska Rules of Administration" from second to                                 
third reading in the same day.                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                   
objection, it was so ordered.
